My younger sister just finished her finals today— go Bear!! A few weeks back, she and her friend made these AMAZING creations. In case you haven’t noticed, my sister is an exquisite artist and becoming a talented cook/baker. She’d win those cupcake wars on FoodNetwork any day, hands down! She has a simple recipe for the fondant:

2 cups confectioners sugar, sifted

1 tablespoon vegetable shortening

2 tsp corn syrup

food coloring

water until you can knead it
